Moscow residents and guests are invited to visit a unique excursion open-air object at the level of 354 meters above the ground with a 360° view in the heart of the capital of Russia, which has become a European leader (compare: the observation of the Ostankino TV-tower is located at the level of 337 m; Eiffel Tower - 300 m). The site VYSHE TOL'KO LUIBOV (higher is only love) is absolutely safety and disposes for a pleasant and comfortable time: romantic music, warm blankets, clean air and a magical view. Visitors can use binoculars, a photo-robot, a telescope (600x-ZOOM) free of charge.

Moscow is a member of the Safe Travels Discover Moscow project of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), and now the capital's travel companies, agencies, hotels and infrastructure facilities can receive a special sign. It means that the tourist facility adheres to all sanitary standards and recommendations of the relevant authorities.
The purpose of the sign is to ensure uniformity in the safety of tourists amid the coronavirus pandemic and voluntary adherence to the safety protocols of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC).
